About Dr. Tolliver

Dr. Jack Tolliver – Medical Malpractice Attorney

Dr. Jack Tolliver is a former associate clinical professor and Director of Emergency Medicine at one of the nation’s largest level-one trauma centers.

Dr. Jack Tolliver is a former associate clinical professor and director of emergency medicine at one of the nation’s largest level-one trauma centers.

Before entering law, Jack Tolliver was a doctor. He served as the director of emergency medicine at one of the busiest (and largest) emergency departments in the nation. He also served as an associate clinical professor of a well-respected medical school and has held several appointments as the director of state health care agencies.

Despite his own successful and rewarding career in medicine, Dr. Tolliver witnessed too many patients who were not receiving the treatment and outcomes they deserved. He saw doctors make decisions about a patient’s health based on maximum profitability, not the patient’s well-being. He saw hospitals fail to hold their personnel to the required standard of care, and he met the families devastated by that negligence. He saw the need to improve the field he loved.

Dr. Tolliver is a lawyer and physician whose legal practice exclusively handles victims of medical malpractice.

Instead of trying to fight the medical system from the inside, Dr. Tolliver realized he could create greater change by fighting it from the outside. He opened his law practice with the goal to improve the medical community by advocating for patients who suffer at the hands of negligent doctors and staff.

Not only do our clients receive our commitment to pursue maximum justice, but they also help future families avoid injuries and suffering at the hands of negligent doctors and hospitals. We are devoted to improving the medical profession throughout Kentucky.
